Agent action record
An agent action record is a durable entry for one thing an AI agent did: the tool it called, the arguments, the rule that decided it, who approved it, what ran, and what the system of record says happened. It is written by the system around the agent, not by the agent itself.

record deed_01m4tksq… · seq 30 · sealed How Deedglass uses it
Every action Deedglass handles becomes a record: the call, the decision, the result of the check and a seal. Records are linked into a chain, so anyone with the public key can check them offline, without trusting us or the agent.
